Brad is responsible for running LibGig operations and web services and managing recruitment for LibGig and LAC Group. Brad has been involved in recruiting for the past 10 years, most of that time focused on positions in librarianship, information services and knowledge management. He has witnessed the shift of the library from physical collection to digital information resource, which is transforming the role of the librarian as well.
