Rob has 25+ years of experience leading information technology, strategy, operations, consulting, sales and marketing functions in both large and small company settings.
As CEO, he is responsible for direction, strategy and overall performance of the company. He has deep experience in growing and running all aspects of the business, which affords him the opportunity to align client-centric delivery values and thinking with internal needs and operations.
Rob is passionate about developing LAC Group + Wilson Allen’s most important assets – people. He cultivates highly collaborative environments that facilitate cohesive teams and that deliver continued value and innovation around our services to our clients.
Prior to LAC Group + Wilson Allen, he was president of Softlink America, an Integrated Library Software solution for special libraries and archives, where he oversaw growth in US markets and influenced the company’s future-oriented product direction.
