Marc serves as a managing director in the Legal Technology + Operations practice. Marc’s focus is leadership and guidance of our expert delivery teams in providing advisory, implementation and operational solutions to corporate law departments.
Marc has spent his career working with large law departments on improving operational efficiency and optimizing their legal operations. Marc has led several large-scale enterprise legal management (ELM) implementations and has helped clients transform their outside counsel management and collaboration programs through a focus on people, process and the technology that supports them. Marc also helps law departments establish alternative legal operations delivery models for outside counsel management and matter management/e-Billing support through our managed services offerings.
Recognized as a thought leader on technology strategy and delivery, Marc speaks regularly to industry groups on ELM implementations and on-going ELM support and management best practices.
