As law firms roll-out back to work policies, librarians and researchers are not pleased with the fact that flexible work is not an option for them. Law librarians are quitting their jobs to explore the job market and careers at consulting libraries.
Chief Business Development Officer Mario Thériault shared his take on library staff in Big Law and whether this opens up any opportunities for LAC Group. In an article by The American Lawyer, he states:
